Fundamentals of Chi Kung (Qigong) and the Five
Element Phases with Wasentha Young • Tuesdays, May 12-July

that focuses on the relationship of chi (energy) and health. This
class will focus on the fundamental styles of Chi Kung: imagery
and movement, Chinese yoga, and traditional Chinese medicine through
