Bio: Victoria has been teaching art and color classes
for 30 years. Her business was formed in 1976 and serves an
international clientel. Formerly a fabric designer for New
York fashion designer Mary McFadden , her work has been in
Vogue and Harper's Bazaar magazines. Certified after a 5 year
training by ASIACT (The Art and Science International Academy
of Color Technologies) in Tetford Egland, Victoria teacher
