Food for Life Nutrition and Cooking Class Series for Cancer Prevention and Survival: Maintaining a Healthy Weight • May 5, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at Whole Foods • Ongoing class series includes a 10-minute nutrition video followed by an hour-long cooking demonstration and sampling of food prepared.
