Meditation in the Tantric Tradition

Moving Being: The Ancient Yogas of Tibet at Tsogyelgar
Dharma Center May 31, 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. We will
explore the relationship between mind, body, and wisdom through
the moving yogas of the Buddhist and Bonpo traditions of Tibet.
Using body and breath in motion combined with subtle inner visualizations
and meditations on the elements, harmony and vibrancy can be restored

within the form of each practice, powerful healing and spiritual

Wisdom of Insight with Ann Barden of Deep Spring
Center May 17, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. In Buddhist tradition,
the wisdom of insight refers to the deep understanding and experience
of the nature of reality the qualities of impermanence,
unsatisfactoriness, and selflessness. In this workshop for experienced
meditators, we will intellectually explore the meaning of these
three characteristics. We will use contemplation to penetrate our
understanding, followed by periods of silence in which to experience

Dalai Lama Renaissance Documentary Film Showing
at Interfaith Center for Spiritual Growth May 31, 7 p.m.
Narrated by Harrison Ford, Dalai Lama Renaissance is
a feature-length documentary film about a gathering convened by
the Association for Global New Thought with His Holiness the Dalai
Lama of Tibet in 1999 at the Norbulingka Institute in Dharamsala,

Introductory Zen Meditation Course at Zen Buddhist
