Yoga Therapy for Anxiety with Tammy Edinger •
This is a therapeutic group that teaches you how to reduce and eliminate
anxiety through the use of yoga and traditional therapy. It is not
a yoga class. You will learn how to relax utilizing meditation,
yoga postures specific to reducing anxiety, and traditional therapeutic
methods. All you need is a positive attitude toward learning, loose
fitting clothing, a folder, and a writing instrument. $300 for ten
